Cet atelier est une exploration ludique. Il permettra de passer en revue les piliers corporels de la voix (ancrage du corps, respiration, r\u00e9sonateurs) et de commencer \u00e0 jouer avec les sons (rythme, tonalit\u00e9, hauteur), seul et \u00e0 plusieurs. Il permettra aussi de comprendre comment \u00eatre plus pr\u00e9sent et se faire ainsi mieux entendre quand on le veut vraiment.<\/p>\n

Dans une premi\u00e8re partie, nous travaillerons la d\u00e9tente du corps et la respiration, afin de pr\u00e9parer notre instrument. Dans une seconde partie, nous explorerons la r\u00e9sonance et diff\u00e9rents types de sons, sous forme de jeux individuels et collectifs. Les exercices seront altern\u00e9s de temps d\u2019\u00e9change collectifs, afin de faire le point sur les ressentis et d\u00e9couvertes.<\/p>\n
